Return and Replacement Policy

We offer return and replacement under the following conditions:

Eligible Cases

  • Damaged or Defective Products: Product received in damaged condition or not working properly.
  • Incorrect Product: Product delivered is different from what was ordered.
  • Dead on Arrival (DOA): Product does not function upon delivery and cannot be repaired.

👉 Note: Replacement within 7 days is applicable only if the product is received damaged, non-functional, or incorrect.

Important Note

If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, we strongly advise customers not to accept the delivery.

Return & Replacement Process

1. Initiate Request

Share your:

  • Order ID
  • Issue description
  • Supporting images/videos

2. Verification

  • Our support team will verify the issue through images/videos.
  • A video call may be arranged for troubleshooting.
  • If the issue is not resolved remotely, a pickup will be arranged within 3–5 working days.

3. Resolution

Repair:

  • If the product is repairable, it will be fixed at no additional cost.
  • Pickup will be arranged, and the repaired product will be dispatched within 7 working days after reaching our service center.

Replacement:

  • If repair is not possible, a replacement product will be dispatched within 10 working days.

Pickup for Replacement

  • Once approved, pickup will be arranged within 3–5 working days.
  • Our delivery partner will attempt pickup up to 3 times.
  • If pickup fails, a new return request must be initiated.
