ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By using, accessing, or purchasing our products and services, you agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must stop using our products immediately.

This Agreement forms a legal contract between you and Orami India Private Limited.

PERMITTED USE

  • You must be legally eligible (adult) to use our products/services.
  • You agree to provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws of India.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree NOT to:

  • Attempt hacking, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access
  • Share false or misleading information
  • Use services in unlawful or harmful ways

DISCLAIMER

  • Products are provided on an “as-is” basis
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance
  • We are not responsible for third-party services
  • Product performance depends on proper usage and environment

CONNECTIVITY

Proper functioning requires:

  • Stable internet connection
  • Power supply
  • Compatible devices

We are not responsible for service issues due to these limitations.

DATA & PRIVACY

You are responsible for safeguarding your data and login credentials.

PRICING & PAYMENT

  • All prices are in INR
  • Payments via cards, UPI, or gateways
  • Orders are confirmed only after payment
  • We reserve the right to accept or cancel orders

DELIVERY

  • We are not liable for delivery delays

INSTALLATION

Products are DIY (Do-It-Yourself) unless specified.
Improper installation may void warranty.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
